Vendor Scam

The QAPCO name and logo may be misused in fraudulent emails targeting prospective vendors and contractors. These emails may refer to vendor registration and/or invitations to tender and ask for information about financial standing, capabilities, and suitability to handle projects. In many cases, recipients who respond are then asked to pay a so-called “mandatory registration fee” or “deposit”.

To avoid acting on unauthorized or potentially fraudulent communications, vendors are strongly advised to verify any QAPCO-related communication through trusted and official channels. If you suspect that an email, message, or document claiming to be from QAPCO is unauthorized or fraudulent, please report it to us at info@qapco.com.qa

Information about tenders and the official vendor registration process is available on the QAPCO website and official newspapers.

QAPCO will not accept any liability, under any circumstances, for loss and/or damage resulting from such unauthorized or fraudulent emails or communications, whether direct or consequential.

Any misuse or misleading use of the QAPCO name or logo should be reported immediately to info@qapco.com.qa
