Linear Low-Density Polyethylene, or LLDPE, is considered as one of the most widely used thermoplastics, with a total worldwide production of around 25 million tons per year.
LLDPE resins can be tailored to be used in many film applications including stretch, food packaging and industrial films.
lotrene-bagsLLDPE allows the use of minimal quantities and gauges in film applications while still delivering functional acceptable structures.
In particular, LLDPE applications play a critical role towards food conservation and allow significant energy savings. LLDPE is increasingly being recycled around the globe. As a thermoplastic material, LLDPE maintains its base properties when properly recycled.
Thanks to its versatility, LLDPE is a popular polymer enabling a modern and sustainable lifestyle for millions of people around the planet.
